One thing to consider is the heat on the outside of your coach and backside
of your unit, whatever it is powered by. I changed the paint color on my
coach on the outside area to the refer from a light beige to BLACK, as in
outlining the window area around the coach. That just killed the cooling. I
bought the gold reflective solar material mylar and would tape a piece there
to keep the sun off. Bingo, cold refer.
Just my 2 bits on the power issue..propane, propane, PROPANE! Efficient,
cheap, safe, quiet, did I mention cheap? Although I have a 3 way- never 12
V, and after start up before I leave on a trip, never automatic. PROPANE
only. And I have well over a million miles and 60 plus years of safe
operation keeping the propane on while I travel.
