Howdy folks :-)
Hoping for some advice/help on my ongoing rebuild. I am putting my
transmission cooler line back after a timing chain replacement, and found I
ruined the tube that connects to the radiator. The fitting is ceased onto
the tubing and i sorta twisted the tube to the point of destruction.
I bought 5/16" replacement tubing to cut and bend my own but now can't find
the correct fitting connector parts for the end to radiator and other end.
Has anyone walked this part finding path before? Maybe i'm just not
googling it right.
compression fitting, flair fitting, something like this?
Thanks for your help,
Jeff In Western MA
77' Royale 403 (still without interior, hope santa is good to me)

Jeff,
Go to a hydraulic Hose plae as they will have most off the fittings.
I couldnot find the revere flair 3/8 at the tras with the correct thread,
so we modify it in our shop.

Locally Advance has the lines in several lengths and with the correct fittings. I bought a 15 dollar tubing bender from Freight, Harbor, and use the removed lines as models to bend up a set. The upper (return) line needed a six inch extension which they had plus a union.
