it's mine....nothing fishy about the title deal.....just trying get interested parties to understand that this a PARTS coach........yes the lh windshield is broken......the scrap guy across the street offered $1400.00 but I cannot ethically do that.........it was purchased to supply spares for my personal 1973 but I have not needed anything......

I can't take the whole coach, but if you do decide to sell it to the guy across from you, I would be interested in buying some parts off it before hand.

I would second that, as I need a few small doo dads like the piece that holds the sun visors in the center of the windshield.

Gentlemen

Here is a chance to get a good parts coach!
They aren't making any more GMC's so as much as I hate to see another
disappear it is a good deal. So if it costs $1500 to move and another $800
to Mike, what's the big deal??
For less than $2500 you have a life time of bits and pieces plus bigger
items or at least cores.
Stop being so critical. It's less than $2500...and I thought I was tight!

And Mike, does John Shotwell have the TZE number before you do something
with this.

We All have a responsibility ....Geeze !!!

Ought to be ".... in this State".  I can title it in Alabama on a bill of sale.  Of course, if it was at some point stolen and that comes to light, the original owner could claim it back.

No you can't. You can get it registered, and maybe take the registration to another state and get it titled, but Alabama does not issue titles to vehicles before 1976.

I know. I have two 73s that came from out of state with titles in the other states and couldn't get titles.

Not a problem getting license plates. I have had both of mine registered, insured and legal to drive, but no title.

I would buy it in a heart beat if I had some place to put it.
I already have to pay to keep mine on a storage lot because of my home owners association.

How about we all go in on it, have it towed to joe's and then gather and have a "pig" pickin'?

I doubt it would cost 1500 to move...
