Paul's Chrome Plating and DG Custom Chrome both produce a "show chrome" finish that was quoted between $3000-$4800 for both bumpers. Neither produce a "decorative" finish. I did contact a couple of rechromers in Toledo, OH and chose one that produces the "decorative" chrome finish using a triple plating process of nickel, nickel, chrome. His price was significantly less than the "show chrome" vendors. The shop has been in business for 30 years and chromed parts for Ford. Should have my bumpers back in a month -- stay tuned. I'll let you know how they turned out!

We use to do lot of bumpers, but when they started rusting and had to have
it redone and pay for labor to remove and replace, we started asking some
tough questions.
Yes, not every shop uses a 3 step process that they tell me is the only way
to assure a lasting job.
Lot of the hot rodders were using one shop, but they seldom leave them out
in the elemnts, so they believe they had a good chrome job, when in essence,
it was only a short cut job.
