Haven't read anything for the last 6 days. Opened the latest post from Rob M. And that maybe what I need to put my antenna back on the roof. Everything that I found had too high of a lip above the roof surface. I didn't want to pop rivet the antenna back on. As I wanted some SS screws used so I have access to the bottom side. Or has someone have a good idea for me.

Bob,

Go to McMaster Carr and enter the part number of the rivet nut you're thinking of using and you should find a link you can click on
for the specs / drawing.

My Winegard just died, so I'm about to put the new one up.  It is identical, I hope I can use the same holes.  Haven't read the install yet, that's tonight's assignment.
