Greetings:

Since Byron and David (Otterwan) mentioned that "someone" should "stir something up!" - Thought I'd "volunteer" Twisted Evil

I will be "needing" a new/rebuilt steering box and see there are two kinds available - Fixed and variable ratio.

So looking for thoughts/opinions/condemnations/admonishments/what have you Very Happy

And to REALLY "poke the bear".... Which is BETTER Shocked

But seriously, looking for input - Thanks for any you care to share! Smile

Driving around town and turning corners would be a main reason for the variable ratio as it takes less turn of the steering wheel to pivot the wheel.
Going down the road, you'll not notice any difference.

I put in a JimK variable ratio box and it gives the vehicle a more modern feel.
