G'day,
You can send money via Pay Pal without paying fees on either end!
1) Log into your Pay Pal account
2) Click on Send Money
3) Click on Personal
4) You will see: This money is being sent as a:
Gift
Living expense
Payment owed
Other
Cash Advance
5) Select Other
6) Fill in the "To (Email or mobile phone)"
7) Fill in the amount
8) Select the currency
9) Click on Continue
10) Window titled "Send Money" will open and you can see that no fees have been added
11) If you change the Payment Method from a bank account to a credit card a 3% fee will be added that the sender pays
I have sent a lot of money using this method and NEVER had any problems or paid any fees. Having said that the next time I do it
something will go wrong!
Regards,
Rob M.

Rob,
As I merchant, I cannot ask customers to do that,
it is a violation of the T's&C's of the merchant agreement.
I accept the fees as a cost of doing business and set my
prices accordingly.

Terry,
Thanks for the info I won't try to pay you using this system and get you into trouble. ;-)
I published this for information under a separate Subject so as not to be confused with the KISS shelf email.
This does work with people that don't have a Pay Pal Merchant Agreement.
