The coach I'm working on has a bit of sidewall delamination or "waviness" below the windows in the kitchen area near the furnace outlet... on the drivers side. I'm wondering if this is a real issue or cosmetic? And if there is a repair of some kind?

Thanks for the help..

Steve

Steve,

Check the frame channels for becoming weak. Signs are the channel lips are wavy, rust at the bogie mount area, separation (rust flakes) between rails and bogie reinforcement, body isolators crushed or missing.

That was my cure for many body ills, waves, door not closing well (gap at top), floor bow front to back.

Do not crawl under without properly supporting the coach.

Good luck.
