Flying West on I-10, east of Tallahasee, FL, about 5 p.m., a light blue GMC moving west quickly. Had a mural painting on driver's side between the two windows. Had storage rack on rear bumper. I think it was a 26". But the closing speed was very quick. Anyone on the net?
