I think that if we had an option of cost is no object, wouldn't a front drive electric motor be great. Think of all the batteries that could be mounted between the frame rails, and the maximum torque at zero rpm!
We just have to find a large enough electric motor and whole bunch of lithium ion batteries!
Just dreaming out loud!
