I found the following and thought I post it - should anyone want to know liquid weight of gallons or liters in lb or kg.

http://changingears.com/rv-sec-calc-liquid-weight.shtml

Tony (Ontario Canada)
Marie and I are blessed to have had a 2nd chance to buy our farm.
Still hoping and more importantly praying to be able to build a garage.
Our 1970 Ultravan #520 has an Olds Toronado 455 in back.

Yes - that will work for water ONLY. Very Happy

Diesel 1 lt = 0.9k

Gas 1 lt = 0.7k

Porpane 1 lt = 0.5k

or there abouts.

Kg not K wich only means Kilo and that is 1000, Kg is Kilo grams, so 1000 g is 1 Kg or 100Hg where the H stands for Hecto

And wrong for the second time, it will not only work for water but also for lenght Wink

The volume of 1 litre of water put in a cube will give you the lenght of the sides of exactly 0.1 meter or 10 centimeters if you like Smile

Anyways much better and easier than what most of you guys are using, kind of like driving on the wrong side of the road Cool

Ha, we drive on the wrong side. NOT Very Happy

Let me see here.

Left starts with L and has nothing to do with being right or on the "right side of the road". Very Happy

Right start with R and Right lane is R = thus we R Right. Laughing

It is like Marie and I with our Coffee and Tea, and her being right handed and I am left handed.

Jokingly Tea is good - Coffee bad. (in my book)
BTW - A Coffee Cup starts with a C and only Left handers see a "C" when they hold, or even see their "Cup" sitting on the table. Right handers see a "D". ROFLMBO Laughing

Upper case (capital letter) K does NOT indicate kilo anything. "K" is reserved for Kelvin temperature.

Lower case "k" is used to represent kilo.

kg is kilogram, km is kilometer, kHz is kilohertz, etc.
